Returns & Refund Policy
We want every order from Titan Forge Compounds to arrive correctly and in satisfactory condition.
Returns
If you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at titanforgecompounds@outlook.com.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, eligible goods should be returned within 14 days.
Returned products must be in the condition in which they were received and, where applicable, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Please contact us before sending any return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Items returned without first contacting us may delay processing.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at titanforgecompounds@outlook.com so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return where an applicable legal exception applies. This may include sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
We do not operate a direct exchange service. If a return is accepted, the simplest option is to return the eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Where required under UK consumer law, any applicable standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded.
