Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and follow the link to your order status page. This is your personalised destination for the latest order details. You may be asked to verify your email address or phone number.
What your status means
- Confirmed: Your order has been received and is awaiting fulfilment.
- On its way: Your order has been marked as fulfilled. Where tracking has been added, follow the carrier link on your order status page, including Royal Mail links where provided.
- Out for delivery or delivered: These updates appear when available from the carrier or when delivery is recorded.
No tracking link? Fulfilment does not always include tracking. If no tracking details have been added, parcel tracking is not available on your order status page. An untracked shipment may continue to show “On its way” until delivery is recorded.
